Question. How do I access my existing account with wcspublishing?
Answer. When you signed up for a course through wcspublishing.
You were emailed a pin, username and password
you would than go to our web site www.wcspublishing.com
and click on member log in.
Question.
I have signed up for a book course with pass or don’t pay. How does that work?
Answer. If you ordered a book course or a DRE approved
45 hr course. You received a pin, username and password. You would click on member
log in. and access your account and course.
You will need to download and save to your computer the course (pdf) when
you click on the course. It must be saved to your computer at that time. You can
not download until a reset is done by use. So save it to your computer. Their you
can print out the course or open it on your computer.
PS All tests can not be printed
out DRE rules. So make sure you watch the time allowed.

Question. Is their a time limited on the DRE exams?
Answer. Yes you are allowed 15 min for the small exams
only 15 questions and 40 min or a min per question

If I fail can I retake the exams again?
Answer. Yes but you must wait 24 hours before you can
do a retake on the exams. And you will be given a secondary exam.

Is their any other charges if I fail?
Answer. No you pay a one time fee no other charges will
be charged.
Question. Is their a waiting period before I can start
testing? With DRE Courses.
Answer. Yes DRE requires a six day waiting period from
the time you take out the course. After six days you can start your test. But will
only be allowed to do 15 credit hours’ per 24 hours.
Question. Can I stop at any time?
Answer. Yes you can stop any time and only be charged
for the hours you have completed. Note
All DRE and Insurance courses must be completed one year from the time you take
out the course? No credit will be given if you go passed the year state requirement.
And would need to re-enroll in the course.
Question, I am taking an Insurance course how long will
it before I get my cert.? And do you do the state reporting.
Answer. Your
cert can be depending on where you do the test? Can be printed out or we email your
cert the same day. We also do the state reporting within 24 hours. Showing that
you had the course.
Question.
I am taking an insurance course. How many time can I take the exam?
Answer. As
many time it take for you to pass. No extra charge.
Question. I see if I order a book course for insurance.
How does that work?
Answer. We
will send you the book material, and also set you up with an account where you can
download the course and do the online testing. There is no charge for shipping,
and you get the best of both world’s online course and the book material for
you to write in and keep for future references.
