Courses Titles and Descriptions:
* Agency – Category of
Offering: Agency - A 3-hour continuing education course which covers agency
relationships, how they are created and how they are terminated.
* Ethics – Category of
Offering: Ethics - A 3-hour continuing education course which covers ethical
requirements for licensees and violations of the real estate law.
* Fair Housing –
Category of Offering: Fair Housing - A 3-hour continuing education course which
covers California fair housing laws, federal fair housing laws, and
discrimination.
* Trust Fund Handling –
Category of Offering: Trust Funds Accounting/Handling - A 3-hour continuing
education course which covers trust funds, how transactions are stated, trust
fund liability, and accounting records.
* Risk Management - Category
of Offering: Risk Management - A 3-hour continuing education course covering the
following topics: The Basics of Risk Management , Licensee Activities Likely to
Contribute to Risk, Common Areas of Risk, Risk Management and the Consumer,
Examples of High Risk Practices, Legal
Responsibilities of Licensee, Risk Reduction
* Professional
Salesmanship. - Category of Offering: Consumer Service - A 12-hour continuing
education course in the category of Consumer Service . Deals with the ethical
aspects of the selling process. Emphasis placed on the aspect that a buyer of a
product, or a service will is the roll of the ethical salesperson to help the
consumer make such a decision.
* How to write A
legally Binding Agreement. - Category of Offering: Consumer Protection - A
18-hour continuing education course in the category of Consumer Protection which
covers the following topics: Essentially, this course is a first year law school
offering in the area of contract law. The first half of the course reflects the
notes taken by the author from lectures attended during his time studying the
law at Riverside University Law School. Riverside California. The author’s
realistic and sometimes rather direct opinions are also presented so as to form
a down-to-earth underpinning for such an important aspect of real estate sales.
Prices / Enroll Info
Cyberce continuing education courses are sold in two packages:
* 45-Hour License
Renewal (all courses listed above and Risk Management) – $49.95 Pre-pay.
* 15-Hour License
Renewal (Agency, Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management)
– $49.95
Pass or no pay.
Take the course all or in part. And pay after you
have completed all the hours you need. Price for each section is $15.00 each. The price for the entire course is
$66.00. stop anytime. Your cert will
be mailed and emailed to you. And your credit card will only be charged at the
end of the course.
Method of Presentation:
All Cyberce’s Wcspublishing continuing education courses and final exams are
offered through online correspondence only. You can also add books courses with
online testing.
Completion Time
If you are enrolled in the 45-hour course you must spend at least 6 days on the
course before you can take your final exam.
The 6-day time period begins on the date you signup for the course
online.
If you are enrolled in the 15-hour course you must spend at least 2 days on the
course before you can take your final exam. The 2-day time period begins on the
date you signup for the course online.
You must complete the course within one year from the date you enrolled. If the final exam is not completed within one year, the course will expire and no credit will be given toward any part of the course. If you want to continue with the course, you will have to re-enroll and pay an additional fee.
Examination Requirements
You will be required to pass a course final examination, which will be
administered online. All DRE approved final exams are provided online. All
online final exams are included in the course cost.DRE. allows only 15 hours of CE credits to be tested within one
24 hour period. If you fail a exam
there is a 24 hr waiting period before you can retest for the same course, and
you will be given a Test B or secondary exam.
Below is detailed information for the final exams for each of the courses
provided:
Agency Exam: This open book exam consists of 15 questions.
You will have 15 minutes in which to finish. To pass the exam, you must answer a
minimum of 70% of the questions correctly.
Ethics Exam: This open book exam consists of 15
questions. You will have 15 minutes in which to finish. To pass the exam,
you must answer a minimum of 70% of the questions correctly.
Fair Housing Exam: This open book exam consists of 15 questions. You will have
15 minutes in which to finish. To pass the exam, you must answer a minimum of
70% of the questions correctly.
Trust Fund Handling Exam: This open book exam consists of 15 questions. You will
have 15 minutes in which to finish. To pass the exam, you must answer a minimum
of 70% of the questions correctly.
Risk Management Exam: This open book exam consists of 15 questions. You will
have 15 minutes in which to finish. To pass the exam, you must answer a minimum
of 70% of the questions correctly.
Professional Salesmanship: This open book exam consists of 40
questions. You will have 40 minutes in
which to finish. To pass the exam, you must answer a minimum of 70% of the
questions correctly.
How To Write a Legally Binding Agreement: This open book exam consists of 40
questions. This exam is in two parts A
test and B test. Must be taken in two different days apart.
You will have 20 minutes in which to
finish each exam. To pass the exam, you
must answer a minimum of 70% of the questions correctly.
Insurance Courses.
We are a approved provider for many Department of Insurance courses, and are
approved in several states. Click on the state you are interested in and see the
approved courses.
Certificate of Completion
Once you have passed the final examination for all enrolled courses, Cyberce
will provide you with an official
Certificate of Completion online. Your Certificate will indicate the number of
credit hours earned, and the course-approval category. Your cert will be mailed
and also emailed to you.
Minimum System Requirements:
A computer with internet connection and a web browser.
Refund Policy
The student has a right
to a full refund of all charges up to five (5) days after enrollment. For
refunds made after five days, a 20% non-refundable registration fee of the cost
of the course (not to exceed $200) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for
cancellations will be paid within 30 days.
Refunds are not provided if we’ve issued you a certificate of completion.
Grading System
In order to pass a course, you must achieve a minimum score on the course final
exam. For all DRE approved courses, the minimum is 70%.
