HISTORY AND BACKGROUND WCSPUBLISHING – CYBERCE
Wcspublishing was founded by Barry Caudill
back in 1983. Where being a real estate broker on the central coast of California
San Luis Obispo he opened a real estate
school for training and licensing new agent and students to sell real estate. He
open a real estate school and for many years did licensing and training in the real
estate field. Than in 1995 he open a trade schools where he taught appraiser, legal,
medical and computers. While expanding the insurance business and started publishing
insurance courses for their insurance students and branched out to other schools
thought out calif. And expanded to almost all 50 states selling home study courses
and books to other schools and state providers.
Now thousands of students have enjoyed the training courses and books since
2000. In 2010 we incorporated with
the new company Cyberce Inc. –DBA
wcspublishing Bring their courses both
in book form and also via the internet... So when you sign up for one of our courses
you have the many years of experience and a professional course.
Our courses are updated and approved by the State and federal and

credit card when you order. We do not charge your account until after you have passed
the exam and at that point we will charge your credit card and do the state reporting
show that you have completed the course and you can print out your cert from the
account we create for you. There are no hidden fees we do not charge you for shipping
or handling. If you are ordering a
DRE 45 hr CE course we use Quest education Services courses. which is the sponsoring
entity as approved by the California Deptment of Real Estate. Sponsor # 2643.
All insurance courses are approved by cyberce-inc Wcspublishing.

also chose to just purchase the course and your payment will be processed before
you begin the course. All online courses the course is placed into your account
you need to create from cyberce.biz and after purchasing the course it will be auto
matic placed into your account where you can download the course and save to your
computer and print out the course and also the exam if the state allows the exam
to be printed. After you complete and pass the exam your cert is in your account
where instantly you can print out your cert. no waiting we do the state reporting
within 24 hours.

COURSE EXPIRATION.
All Courses expire one year from the enrollment date. Oance
a course has expired you must re-enroll in that course.
DIRECT ENROLLMENT.
If you are enrolling in Book courses you need to go to www.wcspublishing.com and click on submit
an order. Than Chose the course you want to take if it is a Pass or don’t
pay course you will be mailed the book course and also assigned an account from
cyberce.biz where you will be allowed to do the testing and get your cert if it
is an insurance course? If it is a DRE 45 hr course we will email you a Log in information
from www.wcspublishing.com and you will
do the online testing on wcspublishing site. All course have online testing. We
do not do paper testing. If you want to book course only with manual testing paper
testing we will give you the Phone # to call and get a manual exam and course.
If you are wanting a online
course only no books you need to go to our
www.cyberce.biz site and create a account and purchase the course from their.
CANCELLATION.
A student may terminate the enrollment by mailing a notice
to Cyberce.Inc DBA wcspublishing by certified mail. The effective date of the cancellation
is the date of the postmark. Ounce a course has been purchased but not downloaded.
The student can cancel and receive a full refund with in 10 days After 10 days there
is no refund.
Refunds
Materials Fee Ounce purchased the books and other material
is the property of the students. Cyberce.inc does not accept the return of the books
and or /other material.
REGISTRATION FEE.
Cyberce.Inc does not refund registration fees ounce a student
has enrolled in the course. No refunds after 10 days .
